Why cash and carries use memberships
Major cash and carry chains use membership systems to verify that buyers are genuine trade customers, not members of the public looking for a bargain. It also lets them track your spending, send targeted offers, and lock you into their ecosystem. You sign up with your business details, get a card, and show it every time you visit.
The process is not difficult, but it adds friction. You need proof of business registration, sometimes a utility bill, and in some cases you need to visit a specific depot to collect your card in person. If you are just starting a business, or if your nearest depot is 20 miles away, that is time and effort you could spend elsewhere.
Wholesalers that do not require membership

How to order without a membership
Ordering from us works in three steps:

- We confirm pricing and availability, then schedule your delivery day
- Your order arrives at your business, or you collect from our depot in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent
There is no account to create, no card to carry, and no minimum commitment. Our minimum order for delivery is £100, and there is no minimum for collection from our depot. You order when you need stock, not because a membership system expects you to.
What products are available
We stock the core product categories that trade businesses need. Our soft drinks range covers major brands including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Fanta, Monster, Red Bull, Vimto, and Dr Pepper. All available in 330ml cans (cases of 24), 500ml bottles, and multipacks.
Our confectionery and sweets range includes Mars, Snickers, KitKat, Milka, Haribo, Cadbury, and more. Single bars, cases of 24, sharing bags, and pallet quantities for larger operations.
We also supply fresh marinated chicken in 1kg vacuum sealed packs for takeaways and restaurants, with eight marinade varieties including Chicken Tikka, Tandoori, and Peri Peri.
