How do I order via WhatsApp?
Message us on 07352 427535. Tell us what you need and your delivery postcode. We'll confirm availability, pricing, and arrange delivery or collection.
What day do you deliver to my area?
We deliver Monday to Friday on a fixed schedule. Monday: Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. Tuesday: North route (Leek, Biddulph, Congleton, Alsager). Wednesday: South route (Stone, Stafford, Eccleshall). Thursday: East route (Cheadle, Uttoxeter, Ashbourne). Friday: West route (Crewe, Nantwich, Market Drayton). Order by 5pm the day before your delivery day to guarantee your slot. View full delivery schedule.
What is your minimum order?
£100 ex VAT for delivery. Most cash and carries require £1,000 or more for delivery. No minimum for collection from our Hanley depot. View delivery details.
Do I need a membership to buy from you?
No. You can order from your first call or WhatsApp message. No signup, no forms, no membership fees. Just tell us what you need and we'll sort it.
Do you deliver for free?
Delivery is free within 3 miles of our Hanley depot on orders over £100. Standard delivery (3 to 10 miles) is £5, extended delivery (10 to 20 miles) is £10 with a £150 minimum. Beyond 20 miles, contact us.
How does your pricing compare to cash and carry?
Competitive on major brands, often cheaper. Plus free delivery saves you the time and fuel of driving to a cash and carry. No membership fees either.
What brands do you stock?
Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Vimto, Rio, Tango across soft drinks. Mars, Snickers, Twix, Bounty, Maltesers across confectionery. Ashik marinated chicken in fresh foods. We carry major brands and value lines. Call or WhatsApp us for our current stock list.
Do you sell single items or only cases?
Cases and bulk packs only. We are a trade wholesaler, not a retail shop.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes. We're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm at Unit 4 Westmill St, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3EL. No appointment needed.
How quickly can you deliver?
Order by 5pm and we deliver on your area's next scheduled day. Same-day delivery may be possible for local orders. Call us to check.
Do you deliver to towns outside your area?
We deliver up to 20 miles from our Stoke-on-Trent depot. Beyond that, contact us and we may be able to arrange delivery for larger orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, and bank transfer. Payment is on collection or delivery. We do not currently offer credit terms.
How do I set up a trade account?
Call us on 01782 873547 or email enquiries@ukwfs.com. We'll get you set up and send you our current price list.
Can I place orders same day for collection?
Yes, if the stock is available. Call ahead to check availability and we will have it ready for you to collect from our Hanley depot.
Do you offer credit terms?
Not currently. Payment is on collection or delivery.
How often can I order?
As often as you need. Many of our customers order weekly. There is no contract or commitment. Order when you need stock and we will deliver on our next available run.
