Any day of the week in two-hour slots. Order at least 90 minutes before a slot ends to collect the same day.

Pay by card at checkout, or pay when you collect by cash, card or bank transfer.

Collection questions
How does click & collect work?
Order online in our shop and choose a collection day and time slot. You can pay by card online or pay when you collect. Bring your order reference with you, and your order will be ready within your slot. Collection is from Unit 4 Westmill St, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3EL, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
What are the collection slots?
Monday to Friday: 9am to 11am, 11am to 1pm, 1pm to 3pm and 3pm to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 12pm, 12pm to 2pm and 2pm to 4pm. We're closed on bank holidays. Pick the slot that suits you at checkout.
Can I order for same-day collection?
Yes. Order at least 90 minutes before the end of a slot and, as long as the stock is available, you can collect in that slot. If you cannot see a same-day slot at checkout, call us on 01782 873547 and we will tell you whether we can have your order ready.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Anyone can collect on your behalf. They just need to bring the order reference.
